My 500 miles of updates on this quite decent trail runner... I think, after all this time with these shoes on for my daily cardio trips up the canyon (& comparing it to other very good shoes I've worn for the same activities) that I'm going to rate this trail runner as an 8 out of 10. I found that the mid-sole started to break down noticeably (but not terribly) soon after 300 miles; and it taught me that the integrity of the mid-sole is one of the most important aspects of the show for stability during running on an undulating trail surface. If you want a trail runner that doesn't need a break-in period out of the box, this shoe is about as comfortable as they come. I've run better shoes, but admittedly I had no falls in this shoe, and for a trail frequent, that was important to me.
